Do you charge postage and packing? Are there
any additional costs apart from the cost of the game?
Greenface is sold as Internet download. You do not have to pay any shipping or
other additional costs.
How can I buy Greenface using Wire Transfer?
Go to the secure order form (from the order page). At the bottom of the form you can select the payment method. Choose Bank/Wire transfer from the drop down menu. You will receive the bank detais when
going further through the ordering process.
How can I buy Greenface with Switch (UK Debit Card)?
Go to the secure order form (from the order page). At the bottom of the form you can select the payment method. Choose Switch/Solo from the drop down menu.
How can I buy Greenface with check?
Go to the secure order form (from the order page). At the bottom of the form you can select the payment method. Choose
Check from the drop down menu. You will receive the details on where to send the check and who to make it payable to when going further through the ordering process.
Can I buy Greenface with cash?
Yes, however this is not the preferred paying method, because it is always dangerous to send money cash by mail (could get lost). But of course it is possible, if you really want to pay this way. Go to the secure
order form (from the order page). At the bottom of the form you can select the payment method. Choose Cash from the drop down menu. You will receive the details on where to send the
money to when going further through the ordering process.
Is the download a resumable download? Or if my computer crashes while downloading, can I start it again?
Yes, the link can be resumed. It is valid for two weeks.
What happens if I lose my registered copy later? Can I get it back?
We highly recommend to do a backup of the install file on a CDR. However,
if you do not have a CD burner or lost the backup for whatsoever reason, we will send you a new link to download.
Is it a big download?
The full version is about 8.5 MB in size.
How come Greenface isn´t sold in stores?
We want our customers to test the demo of Greenface before they decide to purchase it. This way we are sure that our customers are satisfied and have a good feeling to
buy Greenface.
If I decide to purchase how will I receive the download link for Greenface?
If you purchase online you will receive a registration email letter promptly after we receive the payment.
When using a credit card, the email will just takes a few minutes (when the credit card information has been verified). The e-mail will contain download link and registration key for Greenface.
